Protecting Pharmacists' Right to Provide Evidence-Based Health Information

APhA opposes any laws, regulations, and policies that restrict pharmacists’ ability to provide evidence-based health information.
APhA strongly opposes the elimination, manipulation, and suppression of public health information.
APhA supports laws, regulations, and policies that protect scientific integrity and ensure transparency in the dissemination of factual, evidence-based public health information.
APhA supports the development of federal protections against censorship of evidence-based public health information.
