Reissue Certificates and Verification Information

Can I reprint my certificate?

If you have requested your certificate to be reissued recently, please check your APhA profile (My Account, Biographies & Attachments) Not There? - This may indicate you have more than one APhA profile / account. If two or more accounts are possible, please contact APhA's Education Customer Service Team, or call 202-628-4410 during business hours.

Any certificate earned prior to January 28, 2022 was on a prior elearning platform. However, please be assured that APhA has record of your completion. If you cannot find your certificate, please send us a request to have it reissued. There is a $25 fee, and we will place it on your APhA account for your convenience.

 

How to request a certificate to be reissued

  • If paying by check, please download and mail the completed form as directed.
  • For all other payments, please download and email the completed form to APhA's Education Customer Service Team (Education@aphanet.org). The completed form can also be faxed to 844.390.3782
  • For your security, do NOT provide your credit card information in an email or on a fax.
  • You can call the APhA Customer Service Team at 202-628-4410 during normal business hours to also request your certificate, however, you will be asked to email the completed form.

Where is my reissued certificate?

  • Requests are being processed within 24 - 48 hours.
  • Once request is processed, the reissued certificate will be uploaded to your APhA profile / account and you should receive an email from Education@aphanet.org that it has been uploaded.
  • If you have already submitted the request, and it has been over two days, please login and click on My Account, Biography & Attachments where you should find your certificate. If you do not see the attachment, contact APhA's Education Customer Service Team at Education@aphanet.org or 202-628-4410 during business hours

 

To verify a pharmacist's training

  • A written release is required.
  • A $25 non-refundable fee per person being verified.

CPE Monitor, CE Broker, BPS MyAccount

APhA uploads completed credit to CPE Monitor, CE Broker, and BPS MyAccount as appropriate. We do this through your updated APhA My Account. As long as your APhA account reflects your Succesully Verified NABP eProfile information, the earned credit will be transferred to CPE Monitor. If your APhA account has your Florida pharmacist or Florida pharmacy technician license number, then your credit will be transferred to CE Broker. And if you are completing a BPS recertification course, then we will pass the earned credit to your BPS MyAccount.  For recertification credit, your APhA account must be updated with the additional information of your BPS ID (starts with IND-) and your respective BPS credential number. 

If your credit is not showing on the respective systems, first verify what is on your APhA My Account. If you add any of the information listed above and your credit does not pass over, please reach out to the APhA Education Customer Service Team. It could be that your account was updated after 60 days after your completion. CE Broker and BPS MyAccount we can manually file after 60 days. CPE Monitor, ACPE will require a fee to file credit earned after 60 days and within 6 months.

CPE Monitor

Each ACPE-accredited organization, such as APhA, is required to file a learner's successfully completed CPE activity to CPE Monitor. APhA does this through the information you have entered on your APhA My Account. As the learner, you are responsible for updating your APhA My Account profile with your correct NABP ID & Birthdate before completing your course. Please note, the APhA account in which you are completing a CPE activity must have the Successfully Verified NABP e-Profile ID. If your account has incorrect information, please email the APhA Education Customer Service Team to have it updated.

  • When you complete a learning activity, your credit hours are immediately passed over to CPE Monitor*. *Your APhA account must be updated with your Successfully Verified NABP e-Profile ID
  • Transcripts of CPE are available on your CPE Monitor account, at the most 12 hours from the time the credit is claimed.
  • Log into your CPE Monitor account to verify your credit is showing. If it is not, please verify your My Account has your Successfully Verified NABP e-Profile ID
  • ACPE Policy: All credit must be submitted to APCE within 60 days. eLearnings must be completed before the UAN expiration date of the activity. To earn CPE credit for a live CPE activity, all live activities outside of the learning event, such as entering attendance codes and/or assessments, and evaluations must be completed WITHIN 60 days from the date of the live event. Any filing outside these ACPE boundaries and within 6 months will result in a fee which will be passed on to the learner.

CE Broker

  • If your Florida pharmacist and/or Florida pharmacist technician license number is notated on your APhA profile/online account, APhA transfers CPE data to the Florida CE Broker system
  • To verify if APhA has your FL license number, log into APhA's website and click My Account at the top of home page and check under License Information.
  • CE Broker does allow pharmacists to self-report their CPE.

BPS MyAccount

If you are a pharmacist completing a BPS recertification course, APhA passes the earned credit to your BPS MyAccount. For recertification credit, your APhA account must be updated with the additional information of your BPS ID (starts with IND-) and your respective BPS credential number.

Enrolling and Managing Professional Credentials

Who can enroll for an APhA learning activity?

Anyone can enroll and learn! APhA education is here for every pharmacist, for all of pharmacy. Without logging in, one can check out a sample of our offerings - Featured Courses, Free Courses, and Advanced Training Programs and Board Prep and Recertification Resources. To enroll or view all the eLearning and Live courses available to you, you will be required to have an APhA account. If you do not have one, you can register for one at no charge. There are two ways to enroll and get access to APhA courses.

  • Though APhA's Learning Library using the robust filters, open and if interested, Enroll or Add to Cart, pay online (if applicable), and start learning.
  • If you have registered for an APhA course through one of our licensed partners which is hosting and/or providing the APhA course - that Organization's organizer will provide you with a link to gain access to the required course materials. You have to register for the course from that organizer and there could be a cost associated with the registration.

 

Is an APhA membership required to take an APhA learning activity?

No, a membership is not required. You can register for a free online account if you do not already have one. However, we do have several activities that are available only to members, such as Hot Topic webinars and eLearnings. And several activites, the member level rate is lower.

Not a Pharmacist? No problem! Anyone can take an APhA learning activity.

  • Create a CPE Monitor account and obtain a NABP e-Profile ID
  • Register for a free online APhA profile through the login button (if you do not have one already).
  • Update your APhA profile with your NABP e-Profile ID and Birthdate and click the button to Verify. You can then go to your CPE Monitor account, download the Transcript of CPE, and submit to your respective board.
