APhA supports efforts to increase the number of pharmacists pursuing graduate education and research in the pharmaceutical sciences, including, but not limited to
- Dissemination of information to create awareness about graduate programs and career opportunities.
- Pursuit of increased government, industry, and foundation funding.
- Encouragement of innovative recruitment programs and curricula to facilitate career development.
