Bio

Nicole L. Olenik, PharmD, CDCES, BC-ADM, LDE, is a clinical associate professor of pharmacy practice at the Purdue University College of Pharmacy. She obtained her PharmD degree from Butler University, and then completed a PGY1 community-based pharmacy residency at Mathes Pharmacy (affiliated with Purdue University in New Albany, IN). She has also received certification as a certified diabetes care and education specialist, is board certified in advanced diabetes management, and is a licensed diabetes educator in Indiana.
Nicole is currently the residency program director for the PGY1 community-based pharmacy residency program at Purdue University. Her practice involves serving as a clinical pharmacist at HealthNet, a federally qualified health center located in Indianapolis, IN. Prior to that, she served as the coordinator of the Mathes Diabetes Center in New Albany. At Purdue, she is the chair of the community pharmacy advancement committee. Her primary areas of focus teaching within the college of pharmacy include diabetes, hypertension, and weight management. Her research and teaching interests relate to chronic disease management services implemented by community pharmacists, with a special interest in diabetes, as well as healthcare-related needs of the Spanish-speaking population.

Bio

Kari Allan, PharmD, BCPS, BCPPS is a clinical pharmacy specialist for pediatric solid organ transplant at Children's Hospital Colorado. She received her PharmD degree from Midwestern University-Glendale, and completed both a PGY1 pharmacy residency and PGY2 pediatric pharmacy residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. She has been actively engaged in APhA throughout her pharmacy career, most recently serving as APhA-APPM member-at-large, APhA-APPM Awards Standing Committee and Fellows Subcommittee chair, member-at-large for the New Practitioner Advisory Committee, and as the New Practitioner Communications Committee chair.
Kari also believes strongly in state association involvement as a catalyst for pharmacy practice change. Her involvement with the Colorado Pharmacists Society (CPS) has included serving as chair-elect, chair, and immediate-past chair of the Academy of New Practitioners, and as an active member of the CPS Membership Committee, which has included coordinating delivery of education on new BPS Recertification pathways to CPS membership. Additionally, she works closely with University of Colorado medical faculty and the colleges of pharmacy and nursing to offer advanced pharmacy education to pediatric medicine and pharmacy learners. She is passionate about representing board certified pharmacists who may still be new to pharmacy practicem but enthusiastic about innovating pharmacist services.

Bio

Kelsea Zukauckas, PharmD, is an inpatient and outpatient solid organ transplant pharmacist at the University of Utah Health, serving heart, liver, kidney, lung, and pancreas transplant patients. She earned her PharmD degree from the University of Wyoming, and completed her PGY1 residency and PGY2 solid organ transplant residency at the University of Utah Health. Kelsea is focused on the complexities and continuity of care involved with solid organ transplant patients. She holds board certification in pharmacotherapy and transplant pharmacy, and has stayed involved with opportunities surrounding board certification by serving on the Standard Setting Panel for the Board Certification for Solid Organ Transplant and continually serving as an exam field tester.
Kelsea has engaged being involved in APhA throughout her professional journey, most currently she serves roles in the APhA-APPM Policy Standing Committee and will serve in the 2025 APhA APPM House of Delegates for 2025. Additionally, she holds roles on the American College of Clinical Pharmacy Transplant PRN Programming Committee, along with American Society of Transplantation Pharmacist Community of Practice Online Programming Team, Policy Team, and Medication Access Team.

Clark Kebodeaux, PharmD, Clark Kebodeaux, is an associate professor of pharmacy practice and science at the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy (UKCOP). He earned his PharmD degree from the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy and completed a PGY1 community-based pharmacy residency at UKCOP. He also serves as adjunct senior lecturer at Monash University Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in Australia.
At UKCOP, Clark is the director of the professional program laboratories, including the patient-centered care experience courses, and residency program director for the PGY1 community-based pharmacy residency program. He practices at the Bluegrass Community Health Center, a federally qualified health center and accredited Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). He serves as a faculty trainer for the APhA Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery and Travel Health Services Certificate programs. Clark is also the current APhA-ASP chapter advisor at UKCOP, a member of the BPS Specialty Council on Ambulatory Care Pharmacy, and an active leader in multiple professional pharmacy organizations.
Internationally, he has contributed to MyDispense simulation development, working to advance pharmacy education globally.
